Human trafficking is a prominent issue across America. In 2020, FinCEN released a Supplemental Advisory on Identifying and Reporting Human Trafficking and Related Activity to include new human trafficking typologies as well as Red Flag behavioral and financial indicators, offering financial institutions new guidance on human trafficking, which has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Financial institutions and investigators can play a critical role in fighting human trafficking. Join us for this educational webinar to learn about the scale of human trafficking in areas such as Texas, financial indicators and Red Flags from the FinCEN advisory, as well as other considerations for institutions in investigating and reporting potentially suspicious activity.
