It may also include information about the computer system you use to access the Verafin website and Survey (“Personal Information”).
Participation in the Survey is voluntary. By participating in the Survey, you consent to Verafin’s collection and use of your Survey Responses and Personal Information in the manner described in this disclosure.
How we use information
Personal Information may be used by Verafin to communicate with you about our products, events, or news that may be of interest to you. All personal information is used in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic marketing laws. You can have your Personal Information removed from any Verafin contact lists by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails or contacting our Privacy Officer at the address below. Personal information may be shared with our partners and affiliates, and those we have contracted to perform services on our behalf.
Survey Responses may be used by Verafin to better understand the people and entities that attend our events and use our products, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve our offerings and marketing activities. Verafin may aggregate and adapt Survey Responses and may publish, publicize, and use Survey Responses in research and promotional materials, provided that Verafin will not attribute any Survey Responses to identifiable individuals.
